Building Trust at a Most Untrustworthy Time

It feels like a perfect storm. Politics is more broken right now than at any time in recent history, race relations are at a new low, the credibility of authorities and leaders is questionable and the only consistent information that we get is consistently “walked back”. Some of our best relationships with people that we’ve normally trusted are now sitting in a small square on your computer screen. We’re learning a lot about working with each other when we can’t be with each other and a lot of what we’re learning translates well from co-workers to working with citizens when we can’t actually be with citizens.
