Oscar Wilde supposedly said, “Always forgive your enemies, nothing annoys them so much.” Those of us in the engagement and consensus business deal with tough people and situations for a living. Most regular human beings get to carry grudges all the way to their gastroenterologist’s office; we don’t have that privilege.
